Ray and I made vegan ice cream, and it was fantastic! These pictures don't look all that appetizing because we were too impatient to wait to eat it when it was good and frozen, so we ate it "super soft serve!" Yummo! The recipe came from Vegetarian Times, and it is definitely a keeper.
