moussaka

I guess I'm not too good at keeping my blog current! I have been trying some new, really yummy, gluten-free recipes. I've also started packing bento box lunches for my kids. Last night I made a vegan moussaka from Veganomicon. It was really good, but it was very time consuming to make. It will be relegated to a special dinner! I subbed gf bread crumbs for regular ones, and you couldn't even tell the difference.

I'm having a lot of fun with the bento boxes for the kids' lunches. They are enjoying them, too. Yesterday, I packed them BBQ tofu, grapes, olives, a strawberry, Ian's gf cookie buttons, dried plums, rice crackers, and a drink. They loved it.
